My Work

I currently serve in a dual role in Massachusetts, where I work as the William G Morgan Elementary School Principal while also leading Holyoke Public School's  Anti-Racist, Inclusion, and Equity learning and implementation district-wide. I have worked in education for 15 years, serving in various roles from paraprofessional to principal.

As a lifelong learner, I have had the experience of receiving life-changing professional development, immersive and ongoing coaching, and worked side by side with educators who have helped spark a passion in me. My hope is to share and continue to learn, what knowledge I have about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and how we can utilize self-work and learning, to dramatically change our school system to ensure we serve all students and families.
